Prince William appears to scold Prince George, 10, at Rugby World Cup 2023

Prince William appeared to give son Prince George a stern talking-to during the Rugby World Cup Saturday.

In photos obtained by Page Six, the Prince of Wales wagged his finger in his 10-year-old son’s face while attending a match between Wales and Argentina in France’s Stade de Marseille.

It is unclear what the little royal may have done to seemingly deserve a scolding, but William kept a pensive face on throughout the game.

William’s serious demeanor may have been due to Wales’ loss to the South American team.

Reps for the senior royal did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on the context of his conversation with his child.

The 41-year-old prince — who matched with his son in navy suits and red ties — traveled to France for the second time in recent months to support the Welsh team. He squeezed in some father-son bonding this time.

It is unclear what brought about the seemingly serious chat.

William is notably a longstanding patron of the Welsh Rugby Union.

Kate Middleton, who is reportedly in France as well, was not at the match given that she supports England as the patron of the Rugby Football Union and Rugby Football League — a position given to her by the late Queen Elizabeth II.

The Princess of Wales, also 41, was given the title after Prince Harry forfeited his royal duties in 2020 and relocated to ritzy Montecito, Calif., with wife Meghan Markle.

William and Middleton share two other children in addition to George: Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5.

The youngest royal — like his older brother — has been seen getting reprimanded in public before for misbehaving at events.

The little one also made headlines in 2022 for his antics during Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee.

He was spotted making several funny faces all throughout the formal royal event.

Louis also stood up on his chair and appeared to throw a cushion at the time — which is when his mother decided to take a break with her youngest.
